Arvest Bank is pleased to announce Jared Faciszewski and Amy Callahan have joined its local board of directors in Benton County.

Callahan founded the shopper marketing firm Collective Bias® in 2009, and oversees its operations. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Callahan has been recognized as a Forty Under 40 member by both Arkansas Business and the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal. Additionally, she and Collective Bias have been recognized by Forbes and Inc. magazines.

Among other civic endeavors, Callahan serves as the president of the Rogers Public Education Foundation and is a board member for Community Venture Foundation.

Faciszewski has been a partner at RZC Investments, a Northwest Arkansas-focused direct investment fund, since 2016. Prior to that, he spent two years with the Walton Family Foundation. Faciszewski is a graduate of Colorado College and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

“We are thrilled to add Amy and Jared to our board,” said Craig Rivaldo, Arvest president for Benton County. “Both have expertise and insights that will be invaluable to us here at Arvest. Additionally, they also are active and respected parts of the community here in Northwest Arkansas. There is no doubt they will be strong parts of our team.”

Callahan and Faciszewski are replacing Robert H. Lewis and Janie Darr.
